These Terms & Conditions govern your use of sahildigitalsolutions.com and any services provided by Sahil Digital Solutions, a unit of Megan Digital Solutions. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide digital marketing services including SEO, PPC/Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Content & Video Production and AI-Driven Marketing Solutions, as agreed in a separate service proposal or agreement with each client.
Service fees, billing cycles and ad-spend budgets are outlined in individual client proposals or invoices. Ad spend on Google, Meta or other platforms is separate from our management fees unless stated otherwise.
While we follow industry best practices, search engine rankings and ad performance depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes and market competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue figures.
Creative assets, campaigns and code delivered as part of a paid engagement become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Our own tools, templates and internal processes remain our property.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as per the notice period defined in the respective service agreement. Fees for work completed until termination remain payable.
Sahil Digital Solutions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in India and the UAE.
These terms are governed by the laws of India for our Lucknow operations and the laws of the United Arab Emirates for our Dubai operations, as applicable to the relevant client engagement.
